Hotel vicino a Emerald Estates Park - Weston

“I wanted to share my experience, as it was very disappointing and quite different from what was advertised. The hotel website does not accurately reflect the actual condition of the rooms. What is shown online does not match reality. The rooms felt more like a basic college dorm than a hotel, especially considering the price. Additionally, while check-in is fully electronic, there is essentially no support or service available if you need anything extra—even something as simple as a corkscrew...

“Reported toilet broken and was never repaired… other than that all was great ”

“My room was not ready at 4pm and check out is somewhat early at 10am. The property is clean and well kept.”

“Viewing photos of this property, we were excited to stay here we thought it looked beautiful, and that the amenities were great. The reason it took me so long to respond to the survey is due to being engaged the night before and just being excited about that however, the bedsheets were wet. There was a stain on them, and when we went to consult the front desk about new sheets, they let us know that they did not have any additional sheets instead, they gave us a blanket from behind the counter...

“Elevator wasn’t working for the last day, no shampoo/conditioner provided. Lobby was so small it felt like signing in to prison.”

“ I had a very uncomfortable stay at this Holiday Inn. The AC in my room did not work at all — only the fan would turn on, so the room never actually cooled down. Because of that, the room felt damp and muggy the entire time. It also had a strong carpet/mildew smell, which made it even more unpleasant. Overall, the room did not feel fresh or comfortable, and it really affected the quality of my stay.”

“The rooms were large and spacious. Felt comfortable and relaxed during our stay. We chose two bedroom suites and big enough for our groups with enough Space and close off doors in both side for complete privacy. Also each bedroom had its own kitchen and living areas. It was a lovely stay😊”
