“The property itself was clean and efficient. Lots of construction and roads closed in the area right outside the hotel. A little challenging maneuvering sidewalks and paths to get down by the water and walking paths.”

“We had the best stay here! The host was incredible. Super responsive, helpful, and gave us amazing recommendations that made our trip even better. The place was very clean and well kept. As a group of girls, we especially loved the long hallway mirror (such a small detail but SO appreciated for getting ready 😂). Everything about our stay was seamless, and the location was perfect. It honestly couldn’t have gone smoother. Highly recommend!”

La navetta per l'aeroporto non è disponibile h24 come indicato nel sito bensì termina a mezzanotte e riprende alle 7; quando lo abbiamo fatto notare alla signorina della reception - informandola che il nostro aereo partiva alle 6 della mattina - lei è stata molto scortese e per niente disponibile (a differenza dell'autista dello shuttle a cui dobbiamo un ringraziamento perché si è offerto di accompagnarci...

“The staff wasn’t very present. I called the front desk back to back no answer. I walked downstairs to speak to the front desk and they told me they were too busy to answer the phone. While they were sitting there chatting. ”

“Parking wasn’t the best and check in was a nightmare but, the staff was very hospitable and did everything to appease us during the lengthy wait. Wish I had more time to explore and enjoy the amenities. I did run into an issue where I was charged twice but after calling and providing receipts, the issue was resolved. I plan to stay again and explore more”

La sistemazione è buona, moderna e pulita, ma i ragazzi dello staff reception devono assolutamente svegliarsi e capire che, solitamente, si prova a fare di tutto per soddisfare le richieste del cliente, soprattutto quelle che hanno a che fare con fatturazione, invoicing e documenti vari. ”

“Grossly dirty. Lobby is outdated and looks low end. All lobby seats are dirty and stained, cannot sit. Uncomfortable to relax anywhere. Food area looks depressing and floors in dining lounge by pool are stained and sticky and gross. Pool looks low end. Rooms are big but chairs and furniture old and falling apart. Staff friendliness and helpfulness widely varies. Bellhop overly chatty and entered our rooms during check in and overstayed - inappropriate and unsafe. Coffee and drink and food...

“The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine. Thank you for have our family. ”

“We had a nice stay. The room was clean and modern and our request to be in a high floor room has been satisfied by the kind staff. Breakfast was great with many options The only note was the location of the hotel: it is relatively close by car to the downtown area and seaside and you can park either in the hotel garage (more expensive) or in the adjacent public parking lot (at night time not very safe).”
