“Clean room”

“First room they gave us shower door did not open. Front desk attendant was nice and switched us with no problems. Property is poorly maintained and hallways and rooms are severely broken down. Same with parking lot. Would not stay here again. ”

“The property was maintained. I did discover one roach in my bathroom but it was dead. They did mess up my room informing me when I got there that the room I originally reserved was no longer available. They did compensate for one complimentary room and the other room I paid for. So me and my friends were not all together as well expected but it worked out. There is no weekend cleaning staff FYI.”

“I waited 2hr to get my room. They cancelled my reservation and had to call someone to get it back. There was no towels, the tub and shower had rust. Sheet had spots bed had blood stains. We had to put a sheet over the chair to sit in it.”

“Overall this hotel was very nice. We had a two bedroom suite. It was really nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The ceiling in the bathroom had a leak and plaster came down. Plaster was all over the floor. Should have got a free room.”

“As someone who travels for work it is always disappointing to have to stay in a place that isn't clean. not clean is an understatement. after checking in and trying to enter my room there were already people staying in that room was given another room. it was disgusting. Stains and "stuff" on the sheets bedcovers and pillow cases. the carpet looked like a movie theater stained in more places than i could count. the bath room was very dirty with a stain on the wall that looked like feces. “Didn’t feel safe. Beds were comfy, but the master bedroom sink was literally falling apart and did not work. The lights from the outside shine right into the rooms. The back door that led to the patio area was completely uncovered and zero privacy (first floor unit). I couldn’t believe it. You could see right into the unit from the parking lot. “Hopefully an isolated and fixed issue, but we had no hot water. Something we didn't find out until we tried to take a shower in the morning.”

“clean room, staff was friendly, hot tub was amazing. indoor and outdoor pool, neither of them heated and the outdoor one is shaded so it doesn’t get too warm. the bedsheets are super rough. it felt like i was getting rug burn everytime i rolled over so i’d bring a blanket. there’s also no lock on the bathroom doors. microwave and fridge in room”

“My room smelled like sewer gas. It was coming from the shower. The room was run down and the breakfast was empty by 8am and not refilled.”

“Loved the location, everything is walkable. The B&B had their own small parking lot. Tracy, the proprietor, was super helpful, a lovely person and a great cook!”
