Our stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We booked this hotel while in town for a cheer competition, and unfortunately, the experience never improved after a rough start.
The WiFi was advertised but did not work at all during our stay. The “breakfast” offering was essentially nonexistent. Upon arrival, the TV was not functioning, and the room had clearly not been cleaned properly—dirty bedding is completely unacceptable.
We were also given very limited towels and washcloths, and when I requested more, I was told they were entirely out. Front desk service added to the frustration. The staff member, Ellen, was frequently unavailable, with a sign indicating she was assisting another guest, yet she appeared to be outside taking multiple smoke breaks.
The most significant issue was the lack of air conditioning. The room was extremely hot, making it very uncomfortable for my family of four to sleep. I requested an accommodation for the first night due to these conditions, but my concern was ignored.
To make matters worse, the hotel requires payment prior to arrival and threatens cancellation if at least the first night is not paid—yet the quality of the stay did not come close to justifying that policy.
Overall, this was a very poor experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property.
