“We took our daughters to a concert there, and while they were able to walk to the concert’s venue we stayed for the “social hour” at the dining room. They gave us carnitas tacos (because of taco Tuesday) beer and wine. My husband and I really enjoyed a couple hours talking, eating and drinking peacefully!!! We loved our stay there!!! Next morning the breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. 10/10”

“Great for the price! Staff is not always on site, but they were very helpful. Easy check in and out. Comfortable bed. Water pressure was pretty low, but they had everything you would need and the decor is awfully cute. It is a bit rundown and could use a little touchup here and there but for a nice clean comfortable quick stay, it’s a great spot. That’s a little different than the same, old same old.”

“The staff was pleasant and helpful. The clerk at check-in, the housekeeper and the breakfast staff were all very nice. The elevators were plentiful and quick. Our room was comfortable but being near the elevator there were often loud voices in the hall. Another problem was a loud rhythmic noise in the A/C return air duct.”

The second photo especially made it appear as though there was a grassy area where dogs could safely roam, and the wording in the description strongly implied the same. “Our family loved staying at Okana. The pools were fun, the room was nice and clean and most of the food was good. A few of the staff were not very friendly or helpful but thankfully majority of the rest were. We also did not like how much noise we could hear in our room. “What an amazing property. Love how they have renovated this beautiful old bank and kept so much character. The king suite was so spacious and comfortable and the Tellers restaurant and the Vault were both fabulous for food and drinks. Very convenient property for visiting downtown and the museums.
