We thought the communication with the rental company was great. We asked for an early check in day before and they were more than happy to accommodate. “We skied for a couple of days in March 2024 and greatly enjoyed this house. It's spacious, well appointed and has a ton of sleeping spots. We used the free shuttle one day and drove/parked the next day to the slopes which both worked well. The only downside was that a couple of the beds had very, very firm memory foam which wasn't comfy for our family members, who weren't used to it so didn't sleep well. “House was beautiful, clean, well provisioned and extremely well located. You can drop right out of the local roads and into Palisades parking lot missing any traffic coming in and out of the valley. If we stayed in Palisades again we'd stay here!”

With that being said most normal owners would leave you to figure things out on your own, but not Poppy.
