“I received keys to a room that was rented already. Had to get new keys. The room was clean. The bathroom sink had roaches running around in it. The vent smelled like old musty air. The draws had old socks in them not sure who cleaned the room and the sheets smelled used and not fresh”

“The breakfast menu left a little bit to be desired, not because of quality but because of the quantity. Nothing to do with the staff but there was a lot patrons there for some event in the area. We went down for breakfast early and the menu was slim pickings. As far as the room was concerned everything worked, it was very clean , well appointed and comfortable. “We loved the family suite size! Enough beds for the two kids and my husband and I. Unfortunately, this property is in a stinky industrial part of town. The whole are reeks of rotten egg. The room was a great size, but we didn't have enough towels for the number of people in our party, and the room was advertised with breakfast, but at 730 it's still was not ready.
