“When we arrived at 11pm that night. Doors were locked knocked for 15 mins. Thank goodness another person staying at the hotel seen us and let us in. Guy behind the counter didn’t care, didn’t greet us, didn’t apologize, very cold and borderline rude. This is our second year staying at this hotel and I’m not sure if we’ll book again when we come back next year. the morning lady who also stocked the breakfast was absolutely amazing and gave our daughter some food to feed the turtles. “Views from the room, amazing! Cast a reel within feet of your back door. Launch your boat on property for free. My room #4, was cute and very tidy. The grounds were well maintained. Communication was clear and quick to respond. The ice machine was convenient and there was a washer and dryer available as well. We were super happy. Only 1 drawback, the beds were "just ok" as far as comfort goes. Not horrible by any means, just not great. I would 100% recommend a stay here and I would definitely...

“The room was clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had a nice view of the lake. There was a Murphy bed and foldout sofa. The Murphy bed was adequate but fairly hard. We weee there for the Arkansas Derby so the town was very full and neighbors were very noisy. I still would stay here again.”

“The room is very clean for a reasonable price. I dont know about other rooms but mine didn't have a microwave or refrigerator in the room. But they have a microwave inside the office that guests can use. The staff here are always welcoming, friendly and respectful. . I feel safe thats why i support them..”
