“This is a great place to stay for families. The lobby is filled with board games, books, has a pool table, corn hole, and lots of different sitting areas. The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. We came up for a ball tournament and will stay again!”

“Fantastic Motel for the price. It is close to store, food, mall, as well as St. Francis Medical Center. Perfect for us when visiting my Mom at the Chateau. Staff is always friendly and lots of parking. Breakfast is standard Drury fair, but hot and lots of it. Room was clean and comfortable.”

“My room had several problems, but I was so tired. I didn’t want to complain about it. Instead, I just made sure I left the property as early as possible in the morning. The problems were as follows. Smoke detector had been pulled out of the wall. I I have no idea if it was operational or not. It was completely out of the wall just hanging. Second issue was there were long black hair stuck to the inside of the shower. There was also a cockroach on my bed that was alive. ”

“Does NOT have smoking rooms. You can book one but they don’t have ANY for several months now. My room was recently renovated so it was fairly clean but no chair or ice bucket but the ice machine was out of order. Breakfast is a granola bar and coffee or an apple.”

“I have never had any issues staying at this facility when coming to Cape girardeau. Melinda was pretty rude and the break fast was cold. Not sure if I would stay at this location again.”

“It felt like I was joining the service, not checking in. Front desk was curt and made me feel like I came to steal everything and destroy the property. They had a no pets policy yet I counted 5 different dogs that lived there. I didn’t appreciate they didn’t reveal they have residents not just guests. I also did not feel safe as residents were heavily tattooed, all had pit bulls and argued in their rooms & hallways with very foul language. I knew it was a flea bag when I booked it and it...
