“We had a really comfortable stay here. The recently renovated section we were in felt fresh, modern, and well put together. It made a difference straight away. What stood out most was how well it works for families. The two-bedroom unit with a small kitchenette was ideal, and the pullout couch meant everyone had their own space without feeling cramped. “The water was interrupted for an hour. There was no monetary compensation. Also room was not cleaned after our first night and clean towels had to be asked for. We stayed 2 nights. We expected at least some clean towels after the first night. Asked for an extra blanket that was not given.”

“Room was NOT clean. Found several items that did not belong to me and bed was covered in black hair that was NOT mine. Staff almost seemed like it was annoying to ask a simple question. There is NO restaurant on the premise that serves dinner even though it claims it does. They sell a breakfast coupon claiming it's well made from a restaurant and it is actually a very small and disheveled continental breakfast.
