The Hot Tub was not working, which was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. Would be nice to have known, prior to booking. Also, the pool was suppose to be heated, but was quite cold too. So, no luck on the water amenities. The employees all were very vague on the time it was going to be fixed. Giving you hope that it may happen that day. When we did get to the pool area, the hot tub was taped off, AND it was dirty and had large spiders in it…
The room booked had a nice fireplace option, and the breakfast was nice. (Wanted to give some good feedback too.)
When checking in, I was told that we would not be interrupted by the Carbon Monoxide detector checks, b/c they would happen after we checked out. Oh, what did we get in the morning, a knock on the door, even though we had do not disturb, for a carbon monoxide check. UGH. Communication is a key part of customer service. All of this could have been avoided if the right communication would have happened.
2nd time I stayed here, and unfortunately, will probably be the last. Very Dissapointing Homewood!
