“Was woken up at 11:30 from yelling in the hallway. Then 12:30 from more yelling followed by over 2 hours of police activity right outside my room. Did not fall back to sleep after 3. Dog poop on the hallway walls in the morning. Room phone not working so couldn’t call the front desk.”

“Called front desk to notify them that I would be delayed by a day to check in, but the person who answered the phone said she was away from the desk and couldn’t check on my reservation. When I arrived the next day the front desk person said my reservation was cancelled and that I was charged for the day that I did not stay there. The front desk person was rude and unhelpful. The facility looked warn down and not updated. ”

“An ancient room, with old tube and old carpet on the floor. We waited 15 minutes for breakfast”
