“Very helpful staff. I didn't see the email with self-check-in details and it was getting late so I called. Answered right away and sent me details via text. Very kind and helpful. Room was lovely and clean. Easy to find and self check-in. Will be staying here again.”

“We like a tv in bedroom for early morning movies, but the 1 bed suite had tv in lounge, not that comphy chairs to watch a movie. Otherwise clean and comphy hotel”

“Easy access”

“We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find. The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay. Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”

“Room was clean and staff generally were friendly. However, it was chaotic on Sunday morning during breakfast. I believe there were passengers from stranded flight and looked like shortage of staff to cater for breakfast needs. Not enough cutlery, no glasses and cups for drinks, no fruit juice. People were eating on sofas or else they'll have to wait too long for tables. Better organisation of staff and resources/facilities would have been less chaotic.”

“We stayed 1 night for waiting the flight of the day after. Staff was very professional and kind. The room was full furnished, clean and tidy. International Breakfast well served. Excellent the shuttle service to airport. Highly recommended.”
