“It’s an older Motel but it was very clean.. the ground keeper was a very friendly man. Only complaint I had Room 112 those bed pillows definitely needs to be replaced.. you can fold them and it still didn’t help, very uncomfortable night sleep..( no sleep for both us on last Thursday Night) ”

“We love that the property is clean and peaceful and the folks are friendly. The coffee is fresh every morning and amazing! We come at least once a year. What we didn’t like was discovering there is a charge for plate sharing at the restaurant!!! I did not even know that was a thing! And if you plan on getting anything to go, be prepared to be charged for every plate a service charge. Other than that, I absolutely love this place! And we will be back!”

“Lovely place to stay just outside Hot Springs! You have a view of the mountains, and yet it's only about a minute drive to downtown. We stayed in the Magnolia Suite which we thoroughly enjoyed.
