“Fire alarm went off at 2:00 am. Staff didn't provide any instruction or input to the situation. After the fire department arrived, the alarm was shut off . We were told that it was problem in the mechanical room. Hotel did absolutely nothing to compensate for the situation. Having an important meeting the next day and being awaken in the middle of the night made the next day challenging. I would have thought the hotel would have comp'd breakfast or something. My only complaint: don't put the chamomile tea and hot water away so early! Keep some hot water and chamomile tea out all night, it helps nervous travelers to relax. I also suggest getting UNSWEETENED Oat Milk for people who might have dairy sensitivities or have diabetes and cannot have sugar. Otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised by this stay!...

“Clean room nice front desk staff. But the room service would knock on the door repeatedly when the do not disturb sign was up. The mini fridge was only able to go for 2 hours before turning off. So I never kept anything cold.”

“We walked in the door at 9 o’clock, and there was a live band playing, and we literally got smacked in the face with a cloud of pot, cigarettes, and vape smoke. This lasted until at least midnight. The next morning when we woke up, there were joints in the hallway outside our room! I was staying there with my young daughter. The live band is understandable but not the drug use in the hotel. ”
