“Location was perfect for a conference we attended in Lowell. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was friendly and was able to fix a shower handle problem promptly. Property was clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and amenities were good. A/C unit seemed to be either working too cold or not cool enough although we didn’t address the issue with front desk as we spent very little amount of time in the room during our stay. “Hotel is clean and with large rooms. Breakfast not well organized, waiting time for coffee or food. Scrumbled eggs are not real eggs (but this is common in most of Hilton hotels) but some powdered ready material that is processed in microwave oven. ”

“Typically these types of suites are great. This 2 bedroom suite, however, was clean, but smelled like a smoker had lived there for a long time and smoked in the unit. Not like a smoker had recently left, but that old, dank, ingrained smell.”

“The staff was amazing here, but the actual accommodations were not good. The location is fine. Our first room smelled like smoke. The second room was better. The television didn't work and on our second night there, we were woken up by what sounded like a massive yard blower. We have no idea what it was. We were afraid to leave the hotel. The room we were given looked NOTHING like the photos. To start the floor was wet, there were melted candies under the bed, there were toenails under the bed (clearly not seen a vacuum in some time).
