“very nice place, to get to the hotel you need to take a boat shuttle that is part of the hotel service. a lot of activities, most of them for extra money. wifi only at the lobby for extre charge. the room is very nice, hot water in the privte shower. the staff are very helpful.”

“Soy Y Viento is an excellent place for hot springs. Majority of the water comes from Mount Makiling; it means that the water is very relaxing and cures most your body pai. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food are excellent and very fresh. I do not mind coming back next year; for me to enjoy the hot springs from the pool. “The property is centrally near shopping . Staff was very friendly. The room is very clean and lobby is welcoming. Dining is conveniently located. Food was delicious. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area.”

“The location is close to UPLB and crossing. So many walkable places to eat at. I stayed for 3 nights in one of their presidential suites. The rooms were clean. I would recommend a mirror in the master’s bathroom in 315. ”

“Worth it! The hotel had all the necessities I needed such as a clean room, quality bed, hot water, easy parking, and fast WIFI. For the price, I paid it was definitely worth it. There are food stores nearby the hotel and a lot of food delivery options nearby. Great place to stay in Calamba.”

“Helpful, accommodating, kind and couteous staff. Affordable ammenities and commodities. Well equipped and comfortable cabins with complete kitchen, bath and shower and overlooking lakeview. Only downside is the ants which is un controllable but they gave inseticide for prevention. Very peaceful and breathaking views of Lumot Lake. Highly recommended for people if they want to experience lakehouse life ”

“For the price, the service and facility is not matched with what you can get in the bigger cities. But given the limited options in the area, I would say its ok-ish. Cleanliness can maybe improved. Accessibility to fast food and convinience store is about 600m walk or you can catch a Trike for 13pesos. What stand out to me despite of the "meh", The staffs are friendly and helpful. ”

“bad service. we waited for 30 mins before we were accomodated”

“Very convenient. Easy access to public transport. The room is clean and good size. The only thing i do not like is the smell of the room when i first time i arrived. The fumes of cigarette or tobacco was so strong. It seems like the nicotine sticks on the wall. You have to bring your own disinfectant and a good smell rubbing alcohol to neutralised the smell. Over all rating from me, it is very good. ”
