“Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. There were several non guests who came just to eat on the outdoor patio and check out the view. They had some private rooms that could be used for events such as their upstairs bar. My only request for improvement would be for them to offer a laundry service for a fee so we dont have to go to the...

“The location is close to UPLB and crossing. So many walkable places to eat at. I stayed for 3 nights in one of their presidential suites. The rooms were clean. I would recommend a mirror in the master’s bathroom in 315. ”

“The place was very relaxing. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The rooms were updated. It was very convenient to have the indoor pool in the room. Overall rating exceeds my expectation. The only place in Los Banos that had indoor pool option. It was well worth it. Just wish the site will update City of Springs availability. “Schönes grosszügiges Zimmer. Stimmig eingerichtet. Im Badezimmer hatte es noch Haare vom Vorgänger und im Gebäude hat es auf den Treppenstufen zum Teil viel Staub und Haare. Beim Frühstück ist der Juice leider nur ein Pulvergemisch (Geschmacksrichtung unbekannt). Im Badezimmer war in der Badewanne war der Abfluss verstopft und das zum Regulieren des Abflusses war kaputt und fiel beim Duschen runter. Kaputtes reparieren Mehr Sauberkeit (Staub und Haare) Bisschen mehr in das Frühstück...

“The hotel is conveniently across the street from the bus station. It's also next to the elevated footbridge in the area that makes it easy to get around the local mall answer the bus station without needing to cross the busy streets. There are food options close by as well as a 7-Eleven downstairs. I would stay there again during my next visit. ”
