“The place is very peaceful and relaxing. Great to spend time with family.”

“We stayed in the camping dome, everything is well prepared and the amenities are all very nice. Super friendly staffs. For the price i paid, it was well worth it. Excellent.”

“Helpful Honest … housekeeper in the lobby returned my phone to security desk when I forgot it in the CR lobby… Breakfast was good… Need to stock up at least 2 rolls of toilet tissue in visitors room CR prior to Visitors check in”

“The staff was great and I really we enjoyed our time here”

“Spacious room and Generally good service in a strategic area Just food overpriced”

“The check-in process was so primitive. You have to fill out paperwork and they only accept cash deposit (no credit card). Who carries cash these days? The room has no towels until you request them, and when they arrived the towels were so bad. Dirty-looking towels with the edges falling apart. To me, this hotel should only cost US$35/night.”

“Great place. Clean and nice.”

“I love this place!”

“easy access to the beach, clean. Staff allowed me to enjoy all services and beach before the check in time and after the check out, while waiting for my taxi at the end of my stay.”

“The location and surroundings were the only positive aspects. Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The property did not live up to expectations, and the service was poor. The place felt poorly maintained, and the overall experience was not worth the money. Staff were not very accommodating, and our concerns were not handled properly. Definitely not an experience I would want to repeat. I expected much more and left feeling that my money was wasted. Unfortunately, I would not...

“I enjoyed my stay here greatly. I confidently say that there was nothing lacking with my time here, and it has one of the best views of Taal lake. The room, staff, food, and all amenities was exceptional. I’m so happy with choosing this location for my honeymoon.”
