“Great community on the water. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, and there was security in parking areas. The room and patio was clean. The patio door was a little hard to shut but we got it. The ac worked great and there's hot water! We only stayed one night but I'd love to come back and stay for at least 3. The restaurant near our room served a nice breakfast and the view of Taal Lake was beautiful. ”

“The room was comfortable and air conditioning worked well. The shower temperature was variable depending on time of day but generally ok. There was no wifi available even though it stated wifi was provided. “We were booked in penthouse floor and the hotel is constructing another floor above, with no mention of it on the booking website Nor at check-in. Very dishonest practice! It was absolutely terrible with all the construction noises and dust! The whole Sabang area seemed somewhat seedy with small alleys and access to hotel is via some back alley and many steps. Not advisable for family stay!”
