Hotel vicino a Paramount Theater - Aurora

“Personale alla reception eccezionale. Ci hanno dato una camera con due letti per farci stare comodi(eravamo in tre) nonostante avessimo prenotato una con un solo king size. Davvero meritevoli di elogio.”

“The room was clean. There was no staff. We were greeted by a kiosk, foreigner that I couldn’t understand. The parking was good. The air-conditioning was poor because there were people smoking outside and the smoke was coming into the room so it smelled terrible of cigarettes. The property was filthy dirty. The inside of the whole carpeting were dirty. The parking lot was dirty. The only thing that was clean there was my room, but the bathtub was questionable.”

“Friendly staff and clean room. Even though I slept well, the mattresses desperately need updating as they were a bit hard and dented in in the middle. Other than that, the shower worked well, the tv had plenty of channels and it was easy access to my room. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot speak to that.”

“The rooms were moldy and everything smelled like smoke. We would’ve changed hotels, but we’ve been traveling all day and we were so exhausted. When we woke up in the morning, we left right away. We didn’t even want to chance the “breakfast“”

“It was very quiet. The aesthetics are very nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Cool in-room amenitiese such as a t.v. in the mirror which was cool to utilize while bathing. There is a good amount of parking available with easy access to the highway. Its 7 minutes from the Chicago Premium Outlets, 12 minutes from The Fox Valley Mall and nearby several eateries. “I've stayed here a few times on work trips to Naperville. Has generally been very good, but this last time was not. Hotel was just generally dirty - hallways, lobbies, etc. Room was fairly clean. Shower had a constant drip that if the shower door was left open, would splash onto the walls and the floor, leaving a puddle and soaking the wall. Toilet had trouble flushing. Front desk was helpful to help get us into another room just down the hall, but very awkward and unpleasant about it. New...

“Maria at the front desk welcomed us warming upon arrival and was very helpful throughout the stay. Staff warm and pleasant at all times. During daily breakfast lovely woman (I'm sorry I didn't get a name) made sure to let us know if we needed anything that we didn't have at the buffet breakfast.
