“The rooms smelled really bad an no one should have to change rooms but it happens an the hole inside of the building smelled like old smoke not very clean rooms or bathrooms”

“The room smelled of SMOKE as it was a smoking room & we never asked for a SMOKING room! When we asked to change our room they said there were no vacancies! Do not believe them! Room was listed as breakfast included & was told there is NO Breakfast! Room was basically INHABITABLE!!! Cracks in wall, Dirty bathroom, Awful lighting, No Mountain View!!! Just a Disgusting Room! The stale, smoke smell Never Left the Room!!!”
