“So let me start with a positive. It is a very clean hotel at least by 2026 standards unfortunately but it felt clean. Very no nonsense hotel elevator reeks of marijuana and the fire alarm went off at 4:44 AM on my first night there for some reason they just said we’ll fix it. TV has a mind of its own would turn off and on like another remote control was controlling it or something. “Well maintained and staff were friendly. Morning breakfast had good verities”

“AC is the one olds in the wall, everything was cracked or rusted, pictures do NOT match the hotel. Pool is extremely small and dirty, windows were busted open on the second floor, breakfast was horrible, work out room had 4 machines.”

“The room appeared to have previously suffered water damage. The curtains were brown water stained. The bathroom wall and ceiling has some type of stuff on it that looked like boogers or something it was disgusting. The TV in the bedroom was shattered and did not work. It was unplugged and upon plugging it on that’s when we discovered. The breakfast was minimal and was not replenished in a decent time so there was nothing there and we sat for 15mins. “Very clean great stay!”

“Air conditioning woke me up every time it ran. What I liked about the hotel is management gave the housekeeping staff the day off to celebrate Father’s Day.”

“Overall stay was okay. It was our anniversary but we were unable to rest because the bed was so uncomfortable and hard. Also didn’t realize housekeeping only came every other day.”

I found it surprising, however, that the room only had two USB ports in the entire room, and those were on the wall directly between the two beds...not very accomodating for someone needing to use a computer at the table. Additionally, of those two USB ports, only one was working; the other was clearly damaged and you couldn't even plug a USB device into the port. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told, "I didn't think those even worked. I guess...

“The property looked like it needs some TLC. It didn't look like a Hyatt. The room itself was nice, and the cleaning staff did a great job keeping it clean. The amenities were nice as well. No matter how much you clean it, the carpets in the room and the corridor need to be replaced. The breakfast was nice and fresh, the staff were friendly and polite.”
