“My family had an amazing and enjoyable stayed at this hotel. The staffs were very professional, friendly and kind.
The buffet price is reasonable as everything was excellent.

“We arrived late past 12MN due to our delayed flight and yet we were given a courtesy for us to check out later than their usual check out time for a night stay. That was very considerate of them.
I appreciate that kind of customer service.
I want to thank the lady staff who was on duty last night. We had a good night sleep. The room, the bed , bathroom were so clean and fresh.
The only negative was the slow drainage on the shower. Other than that, all was well. Will stay longer next time.

“We booked this place because is a small bungalow type property within the big city.
Our room was modern in great condition. Don’t expect 5 star but they have a lot of staff to help with everything. They clean the property daily it’s very clean.

“Very friendly staff the stay was really good and elevators to get to the floors easy had a really great experience would definitely stay there again they even check in on us too definitely need a smoking section for the smokers though even down the stairs away the building one gurus told me go across the street and it was raining ”

“Overall, I had a good experience during my stay at Malate Bayview Hotel. The living room and bedroom areas were very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. A special mention to Mel, who was very responsive and helpful throughout – great customer service!
However, the bathroom could use some improvement. It was a bit slippery and not as clean as the rest of the unit. Addressing this would definitely enhance the overall experience.

“I recommend this hotel to to potential travellers in regards to cleanliness and customer service of the staff were very good.
The hotel was clean and also has an elevator and the plated breakfast was also hot and fresh.
There were no roaches to be seen, and I assume this property overall does not have a pest problem. Hotel is conveniently located in Malate which is well within walking distance to many many stores and part of a larger neighbourhood of diverse options for nightlife, restaurants,...
