“Andy and the staff were amazing. So helpful and informative on booking. We had a 4 hour trip to attend a wedding and they accommodated our request for an early check in without any hesitation. Clean and modern room. Free tea and coffee, even a goody bag of sweets snacks and crisps which was an unexpected lovely gesture.”

“it was a convenient accommodation for our southdowns walk with the option of catered meals which was welcome and the use of a kitchen if you wanted it - we used the kitchen to make additional drinks great location for walkers on the southdowns way”

“Bexs rooms are a great find we had rooms 1and 2 we were not disappointed. Easy to find, parking by the rooms. rooms were clean,tidy, had everything that we wanted.beds were great we slept like a baby!! Outside area with table and chairs was a nice touch. This will definitely be our go to place when we are back in Ferring seeing family ....thanks for a great stay ”
