“Chatham House is a beautiful property ideally located close to downtown Kelowna. Our 3 night stay was absolutely perfect and we loved everything about the heritage house and staff. Every small detail of the property and our stay was thoughtfully taken care of by the owner and staff. Lola, thank you, you were absolutely brilliant. Thanks also to Janet. “For a budget hotel it was perfect for our needs and expectations. Will stay again. ”

“Staff were not very friendly and the room and the bedsheets had a stale smell. Parking was safe and breakfast was ok although the refills took forever. Overall it’s just ok. Not too sure if I’ll recommend this to others. ”

“Awesome breakfast. Great staff. Fairly new property. The pool is small but the hot tub is huge. Never used the fitness centre but it’s well equipped for a hotel fitness centre. Overall it’s a great place to stay!”

“Once we found the hotel it was excellent. Using maps to get there we were directed to a different hotel. After speaking with staff we made it to the correct location but the name on the hotel had changed to the Double Tree by Hilton. The hotel was newly renovated, beautifully clean and the staff were excellent! Highly recommended. ”
