I was going through a personal time when I checked into the hotel and an accelerated with my personal time of rescuing my autistic son from my ex-husband and they moved mountains for me. All the staff was very helpful warm and loving everything was perfect and this is where we will be staying any place that I go is at the Sandman hotel.
A special note to the Sandman Hotel in Kelowna for the lady who was the supervisor I believe of the cleaning staff I’m not sure she was on site in the evenings helped me up to my room help me work my remote control to my TV help suggest things when I couldn’t rent a car she suggested renting a U-Haul to get around. It’s better than nothing. I have to say good things about the Denny’s giving me pop to go and the bartenders at the little bar inside of there, the grounds were always clean outside and the security that they provide outside for vehicles all night long was a real asset. I never got to swim in the pool or go in the hot tub which I love to do, but I took pictures of it because I think the pool is amazing and the hot tub area amazing. It was quiet in the room the curtains covered the windows, the fan in the room and the heat in the room was perfect. The housekeeping staff was awesome when I needed something. Everybody was friendly. Keep going Sandman Hotel in Kelowna. This is what all hotels should be get high marks in my view and thank you very very much and I hope the lady that I mentioned gets recognition
