“By mystake the reservation was done for the wong days, after 5 minutes with the correct dates but the hotel strongly refused to move it. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE for what SHOULD be a high level hotel. Therefore the room was not used at all, but if this is the customer's treatment my feedback can only be the worst as possible.”

“The hotel was spotless. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. All requests were fulfilled in less than 10 minutes. There was always a staff available to help with translation and to ensure we got what we needed. Breakfast was an additional cost but worth the money, it was a feast everyday with breakfast items and meal items fit for brunch/lunch.
