“Parking was easy which is a plus especially in a city like portsmouth. The town is extremely walkable so we didn't have to use the car again until we left. The staff was friendly and attentive. They asked what kind of coffee we wanted and even cleaned our room which included changing the towels. If we come back to portsmouth, I would definitely stay her again”

“Very nice place and convenient to everything in town. Not used to staying anywhere where there is basically no staff around but it wasn’t much of a problem after all. No parking was also a bit of an issue but we figured out the nearby town lot that was free and allowed 72 hour stay. We are seniors and would have paid for valet service but as I stated earlier no staff around from what i could tell. We did enjoy the room and the heated bathroom floors were nice. “Hotel molto carino e ben arredato, molto comodo per raggiungere il centro del paese in pochi minuti a piedi. Camera spaziosa, aria condizionata un po’ rumorosa. Molto gentile la signora che ci ha accolto, un po’ meno la persona delle colazioni, non avevano nessuna scelta senza glutine. ”

“The room was very clean, decorated beautifully, and had great walkability. The bed was very comfy and had all the things you might need like kitchen and bathroom items. We wished we could stay longer!”

“Clean, spacious room Good variety for breakfast”

“No elevators in the place so you need to carry all of your stuff up a ton of stairs. There was a huge bug in our room and the AC’s didn’t work well. The guy had to come out and help but he got it going. Need more towels than 3 for a family. Loved the washer and dryer and location, and parking available. Pull out bed needs a new mattress as it had stains! The couch needs a good steam clean. Otherwise it was cute and cozy!”

“Convenient location”

“This is a lovely place. The rooms were clean and the decor was thoughtfully chosen — not overbearing or kitschy. The kitchenette had all the necessary dishes, utensils and pots. The small grounds were nice and conducive to ready. The location was great. Very close to downtown Portsmouth and the price was reasonable, especially when compared with those just a couple of miles away in Portsmouth.”

“Nice large clean rooms and bathrooms. The sofa bed wasn’t made up when we arrived to the room but the staff quickly made it up.”

“The room was clean and the hotel is in a great location. The only downside was the view from our room. The pictures made it seem like the hotel and room view would be waterfront. My window looked out right into another building.”
