In particolare quest'anno vorremmo ringraziare Il Super Concierge Renè Munoz, le due ragazze del bar Celsa Peralta e Lorena Lorenzo, e il barman Fabian Garcia. "Overall disappointing, tons of seaweed in the sea, beach is full of small rocks, sea is full of larger rocks and no walk ways to comfortably entering into the sea, pools are very shallow so they are very hot, the food and services were below average, grill is not cleaned between cooking, therefore food is frequently full of burnt residue. Rooms are nice and modern, however towels, soaps and shampoo were frequently missing. Animation does not engage with guests sufficiently, as other resorts do, maybe because resort is large and guests are spread out. In general, the personnel was not very helpful during my holidays. I am still waiting for a partial refund for my wife not being able to join us for part of the vacation, which was authorized by the Grand Sirenis in writing, however Expedia states they did not yet receive the authorization and refund from the hotel, therefore they cannot refund me.
