Butler Sara was amazing. Very attentive and caring. Food was ok I think the buffet style restaurants could’ve had better selection (flavor) to the food. They catered to the American/European visitors too much and this leads to the lost of authenticity to the culture and food of the region.

This was my first all-inclusive resort experience, and it exceeded my expectations! The hotel was clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Adriana and Edin, who were amazing and made the bar experience even better, and to Andrei for his excellent service during checkout. The Staff’s friendliness and professionalism truly made a difference! Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable all-inclusive vacation. I would happily come back again!
