Hotel vicino a Pullman Historic District - Chicago

“This was a solo backpack trip for me so I don’t mind the hotel - there was no elevator working, the floors/ ground leading to the door of the rooms were dirty and unstable as in not smooth- I personally don’t mind marijuana smoke but if you are sensitive to it you may have a problem - I will say that my room was just fine to and for me. And you can’t beat customer service - I received great communication and customer service - I felt safe despite appearances and that means a lot. I would stay...

“We checked in, but decided against staying the night at this hotel. When we got to the hotel, sketchy people were ourside smoking weed. When we walked to look for our room, the hallway had a lingering weed smell and the carpet was very dirty. Once in our room, the iron board cover was very dirty as well, the mattress and desl chair had stains on it. We left for our concert and during those hours we decided we didn't felt comfortable and safe spending the night at that hotel, even if we ended up...

“The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a while. They already had ready-made pancakes and hashbrowns. You never see that …. This young lady asked me if I needed some juice and offered to get it for me. That’s next level service. I’ll stay there every time I go to Chicago.”

“I have nothing good to say about this property it was not at all like the reviews their was hair in the tub hair on the sheets the lamps shades had tears in them the furniture had damage the bed was a queen not a king the curtains were nasty breakfast was awful spoiled milk when it rains the areas around you floods and places have no water or power the toliet was loose as well although maintenance did get thsr fixed but stole a bottle of my husbands cologne”
