“Internet was off & on even after they fixed it. Had a problem with AC, was fixed last day.”

“The property manager was dismissive in every interaction. There were not pillow cases provided our first night and we had to track down the cleaning staff to get fresh ones. The tiny elevator was left full of all the laundry bags by the staff. The units rely on key code entry and the battery died preventing entry to our room. The manager was slow and dismissive to deal with this. Also, the water gets way too hot. The shower scolded my wife when she tried to start it, and it was pointed right out...

“We stayed here for one night to be close to the airport, and unfortunately I would not stay again or recommend to anyone.The photos and description did not match the place we stayed in. The room felt dirty, the shower curtain had mold, and we saw two bugs on the floor. The AC did not cool the room well, so it was very hot.
