“Very good stay overall. Hotel and room was clean. Bed was fairly comfortable. Continental breakfast was good. “The Inn is very understaffed and very old. There is no elevator, although it's only 2 floors. There's about 20 steps up which makes it hard for old people with luggages. Yes, free breakfast but you'd rather go to the nearest deli. If you are looking for just a bed for a night, then you can book this place, otherwise, look somewhere else. I do not recommend this place and will not be staying here again.”

“The staff is very friendly, kind and are very accommodating with our requests. I have nothing but excellent things to say about the staff. The bathtub shower head/sink faucet and drain were heavily stained. The bathtub was also not draining properly. The back of the toilet floor was terribly dirty and only flushed if I held down the lever for 20 seconds or there about. There was a large yellow stain on our bed cover. “Great location. Right at the edge of the Gaffer District, meaning it was a very short walk from our room to the end of the GlassFest block party. A short walk to the bus stops for the Corning Museum of Glass, and not a very long walk (about a mile) to the museum itself, which is very pleasant when the weather is nice.
