“Good value for money. Very clean and staff was so nice.”

“The hotel was picked for location and dining on site. The electronic sign out front says dining room is open. When checking in we were told it is not open. Take it off your listing if it is not available. Even the in room menus say it’s open.”

“Pathetic place! They confirmed the booking but never let us checkin as they dis not respond to the calls. We were stranded on the roads at 3am in the midnight with a small kid along. Finally had to book at Quality Inn paying double the charges and make our arrangements. This is highly unacceptable n unprofessional! Never going to recommend this property!”

“Staff were great, pool and spa was enjoyable, but closed the second day. The property could use an upgrade. Carpet in hallways was clean but wrinkled. Bars in bathroom was rusted. I would stay again.”

“Out of all the Super 8’s I have been to, this has got to be the worst. We were supposed to have a 2 queen NON PET FRIENDLY room. Look at the pictures and decide for yourself if this is a non pet friendly room. Absolutely disgusting. Room 118. As soon as we looked down at the entrance to the doorway there was sooo much pet hair. We walked in and was shocked to see HAIR ON EVERYTHING! We went to the front desk to ask for another room and did not receive, she told us that it was not a pet...

“Our stay was very nice and I would stay there again. The rooms were clean and the whole building was very interesting since it is very old. Some improvements could be made but I realize they are probably still working on some areas as far as remodeling and decorating. The staff was very nice and did their best to accommodate our needs. It gave me the feeling that I was staying in someone's historic home and was welcome.😊”

“Still in renovation phase..so room was partly remodeled.. was clean..and for the price...it was ok...Tv is tiny..lol...friendly helpful staff...nice indoor pool area..but we did not utilize it. No elevator for 2nd floor rooms fyi. Looks like the current mgmt..owners ..are trying to update this older property.”

“Perfectly situated in city center. Clearly an 1888 building with All the charm. I love old century buildings, Trinidad is full of them and, this place is a great example. I truly enjoyed my stay.”

“For a quick stay on a budget the place was perfect. I did not like that a family member who doesn’t speak English went into my room to clean up apparently and left everything half way done. When I walked into my room I got scared thinking someone had been through my things. The Bed was undone, sheets on the floor or the sofa. I complained and front desk lady had a bad attitude but she did accompany me up to my room and changed the sheets. She was really rough around the edges and could have...
