“No, there was no where to check in and out at. They promised me a refund for an early check out so far never got one. No front desk, phone to call them on don’t work I emailed no response. Expedia tried to reach out they never responded to them for a refund no response. Staff was nice and very friendly. We upgraded to queen beds and only got 2 full size beds. Rooms were clean. When we showed up there was a staff room with a box on the ground out side with my room key in it. ”

“Where do I start…maybe the bathroom sink that wouldn’t drain that I had to try plunging by had to be able to use the sink in the morning. Temperature in the room dipped to 63 at night because I couldn’t stand the burnt smell coming from the heating system. I’ve been a heating contractor for over 30 years and I can tell you that is from a lack of cleaning the system and heating elements. And if it smelled that bad in April, at the end of the heating season, then it hasn’t been cleaned in years....
