“My sister and I enjoyed our stay at the Grand Bohemian Charlotte, Autograph Collection over Memorial Day weekend. Everything was excellent. Staff were very friendly, helpful, accommodating, and responsive. If we needed something, it arrived quickly, and then we received a text to make sure what we requested had arrived. Even the valets were really nice. The room was spacious and clean. I loved the complimentary water bottles. The bath amenities were great - we loved that there was a liquid hand...

“I’ve stayed in much better JW Hotels. It’s ok but essentially a basic hotel room with nicer finishes (bathroom and so on). I reserved a concierge level room but then wasn’t given one. Was given concierge lounge access but only found it useful for diet cokes. An ok JW in an ok area.”

“Spatious room equipped with small kitchen; good bed and nice bathroom. Personnel was nice. Location is convenient to city Centre and Restaurants. Free breakfast was very good. No free parking available. ”

“Beautiful hotel and great location. The parking garage and check in process was a bit confusing. Park in the P4 parking area and use the call button by the door to get inside. Check in is on the 14th floor. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Although very comfortable at first, the bed was too soft and we all woke up stiff and sore! Ha! Ha! That’s what happens to middle aged folks! Beds matter! Enjoy your stay! Oh, and breakfast was great!”

“I didn’t like that there was very little counter space in the bathroom, there was no mini fridge and no safe. I liked that the furnishings had more character. The staff was very helpful.”
