“Room is clean, breakfast is good,”

“Check in and out was fast and easy.”

“Despite renovations rooms were dated and not very clean. Air conditioning did not work well, could not get below 74 despite being set at 60. Trickling water pressure. Told front desk staff but could not be fixed.”

“All was great except the night desk man. He was rude, sarcastic, and wanted to argue about a shower chair. Instead of offering to help with my request, he just made excuses. Of course this was not the way an attendant should treat a guest. There are many other hotel choices and I will definitely consider others because of his sarcasm and rudeness.”

“The person who checked us in was very sullen and difficult to communicate with, as she barely spoke or acknowledged me. The vinyl flooring in the room felt unusual, but I suppose it's cleaner than carpet. The mattress was comfortable and the room felt clean. The bathroom was very good. The only bed pillows were small, square ones - again, unusual. The bed "skirt" was a loosely attached metal thing that made noise when I sat down or moved around. “Ghetto and no customer service and the office is vey unprofessional”

“The Sheets were stained and bathroom had hair in it and a left over hair pin. I asked for this to be corrected. Someone I believe maybe a manager came to my the room and looked over everything and apologized and said that he would have housekeeper take care of this. I came back to new stained sheets and a somewhat cleaner bathroom. I asked again for new sheets and got another set of stained brought to my room. I took these back and gave up…”

“This property is terribly ran down and porrly kept.
