Il personale non è qualificato, è abbigliato e si comporta in modo indecoroso. La struttura dista 14 km dalla città di Knysna e gli ultimi 3,5 km sono di strada sterrata priva di illuminazione. La sera di Capodanno il personale ha abbandonato la struttura, lasciando la reception vuota e chiudendo il ristorante. Sconsiglio di soggiornare in questo...
