“One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We booked their most expensive suite — supposedly their best — and it was a letdown from the moment we walked in. The fridge was broken. The room was missing basic amenities you’d expect at this price point. Tea was served only when we asked for it, and the cookies that came with it were stale. “I stayed only one night and wish I stayed longer! The setting in the trees with Ganga below is just beautiful, so peaceful and refreshing and special. The design is also stunning (though the bathrooms are a bit awkward, I’d suggest moving the coffee/tea station out from the bathroom?). Staff were SO kind and helpful. I recommend that you visit!”
