The room was missing basic amenities you’d expect at this price point. Tea was served only when we asked for it, and the cookies that came with it were stale. The restaurant was somehow worse — you place an order and the waiter simply disappears. Not once, not twice, but repeatedly. We’d sit there waiting for someone...
