“Staff was good for more part and professional. The breakfast was buffet style with 3 options of hot meal, waffles, cereal, oatmeal etc We got a 2 queen bedroom meaning it's 4 of us staying.. the room sizes are smaller then most 2 bed rooms we've stayed in. Barely any space to put things or walka round. There def wasn't enough Outlets in the room for chargers. Just the slow ones on light fixtures. The sink is Way to high for Kids, and the faucets are too Small for anyone to fit a normal...

“The room was not clean. I found an old bottle cap and old wrapper. The bed was not comfortable, the pillows were comically small, there was a crack in the door (the side with the handle) to where we could see the lights outside, and the blinds were not secure. The TV didn’t turn off in our room. The door also didn’t lock well. I have nothing bad to say about the staff and the breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast, not bad at all.”

“Room was clean. Duvet was showing some wear and tear, clean but some of the seams were torn. Staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was good. Nice variety and options. Loved the pools and hot tub. Only two plastic cups in the room. Did provide more when asked but should have more stocked in the rooms. This is our third stay there and would return.”

“I felt so cheated. We flew in and arrived at the hotel past 9pm, first night of our vacation. The room assigned to us is right in the lobby! The clerk pointed out to me from behind the check-in counter. I requested a quiet room and told it was the only one left! We had no choice. And we were awakened by conversation at 130am, and 3 more times till 3am. We were so tired to get up till 3am. “I normally don’t give bad reviews, however this experience over the Memorial weekend 2026 was unpleasant. First off upon arriving was told the indoor swimming pool was shut down all weekend due to repairs and I called a week ago and asked if pool would for sure be open and I was advise yes. I told my children they would be able to go swimming and enjoy the pool, I bought swim suits, pool toys and floats and all for nothing. My children were very upset and thought I lied to them.
