“There is no fridge or microwave in the room.”

“We were on 1st floor with renovation and got a room that was not renovated. So, room was dirty, mold in bathroom, slimy-filthy carpet, wear shoes. I assume other remolded rooms are great. This is our go to hotel and we have never experienced this.”

“When booking the room, the cleaning service is indicated daily. In reality we discovered that the room cleaning service is carried out once every 3 days and in the last 5 days of our stay it was never carried out. For this reason the judgment can only be poor.”

“The AC unit in room 315 makes a horrible noise. All night long. Could not sleep. Otherwise, very nice room quiet hallways and great breakfast.”

“The rooms were not cleaned at all. The bathrooms were filthy , bed not made. they placed me in another room, same issues. Finally they found a 3rd room that was clean. I'd like to also note that the person helping us was very kind . She worked at the the Hampton Gardens and was called to help at the Hampton Inn. She stated two people were not working because they had called in, So, she had to cover and work at the Hampton Inn. She was extremely helpful, though that was not where she ususally...

“The room was clean all the staff were excellent the people serving the breakfast were very friendly courteous unbelievable they were exceptional loved them so give them a shout out they deserve it at the front desk excellent would definitely stay there again thank for recommending the Hilton Garden inn”

“This motel perfectly corresponds to our needs: easy to be reached by car, large parking, comfortable rooms, good quality hot buffet breakfast included in the reasonable rates. Smart person at the reception. 5 minutes by car from the Hopper House (which is our reason to visit Nyack, NY)”
