“Beautiful historic hotel. We had a great comfortable room. The staff we met Sarah and Glen were professional, very helpful and sweet people. The breakfast was very good. No hot eggs, or pancakes etc but it was everything else. Great Great endless coffee. A newspaper to read and it was quiet and very comfortable. I will come back .The restaurant looked fabulous. next time I will try dinner there.”

“The entire place was dirty and smelled dirty. Rooms weren’t cleaned daily unless you requested it be done. Once you arrive at the airport you have to call the motel and request a shuttle come pick you up.”

“1. I slipped and busted my knee outside of the public bathroom across from the pool area. The bathroom is next to the lobby. Absolutely soaking wet all over the floor. Very slippery even with regular sneakers on. 2. I requested an additional pillow for my bedroom as there were two adults and only three small pillows. I was told they only have extra pillow casing, no pillows. 3. During the travel from the front desk to our second floor room (No elevator btw), I saw many plastic and paper...

“Hampton inn was so nice! The staff were friendly and they have a shuttle that picked us up at the airport. Everything was clean and comfortable.”

“Loved how clean the hotel was. The AC and fresh quality of the room. Staff very friendly. The restaurant lowered the quality tremendously. It didn’t match. Although breakfast was included the quality was watered down. Same buffet every morning. Taste was lower grade. Presentation looks good but the experience felt like a pub. No menu was offered as a substitute. Seating was not classy. Or comfy. I wasn’t informed of other options in the hotel. But outside from the restaurant it’s pleasant.”

“Convenient location near the interstate and if you have business in Windsor town center. Friendly staff, nice rooms, and plenty of parking.”

“I travel with a large family. Typically three adults and three children. This room was comparable to a small condo and was sufficient space for my entire family. I normally rule out hotels because of our family size, but I’ll definitely be booking at Hyatt House in the future.”

L'albergo è in una zona tranquillissima, non certo turistica in sè, non lontana dalla capitale Hartford, ma comunque, come la maggior parte degli Stati Uniti, non è facile girare senza un mezzo di trasporto. Se si ha bisogno di un albergo come punto d'appoggio per poi girare per il Connecticut, è semplicemente ottimo.”
