“The staff was nice to help us with our problems. However, our room had 1 working lightbulb in the bathroom, flat pillows, and about an inch of light underneath the door that was supposed to be suctioned shut. Pictures showed a pool, but there was a sort of outdoor gym on concrete where I assume the pool used to be. When we asked about the lightbulbs, we went to 3 different rooms to grab lightbulbs and towels to stuff underneath the door. The floors were sticky and the bedsheets had stains on...

Bathroom shower curtain are moldy, air conditioners smells horrible. Not pet friendly even though they say they are. The guy seen my dog at check in waved pet fee because she is under 30lbs, six hours into check in they kick me out because I had a pet and didn’t want to give me a refund for the remainder of my stay. “Best breakfast we had on our trip! Great variety (carbs, protein, hot, cold, Greek yogurt…) and our kids thought the pancake machine was fantastic 😁 Also the rooms were clean, neat and helpfully laid out. The front desk clerk was very kind and helpful.”
