Hotel a Bunn

“I didn't realize it was a motel with the entrance to the rooms on the outside. The room was dirty, towels all had stains and hair on them. The shower curtain was all ripped up with hairs all over it. Refrigerator had not been cleaned and floor had not been swept. Our TV did not work, and the overall experience was not great. Thankfully our beds were clean, but we did find cigarette burns in the sheets. I would not stay in this hotel again. Lady at the front desk was friendly- no issues with...

“Exceptional ”

“I mean, not terrible. Pictures made it look like it would be a little nicer. A little on the dingy/needs updating side. Walls paper thin and heard the room next doors entire conversation and they were talking normally. Breakfast was a mess but at least they had something for us and it was included. ”

“Fantastic place. Clean rooms. Love that they have real floors and not carpet. New and updated. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Love it here. We drive to Florida twice a year and always stop here. ”

“Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Only clean room upon request. You can hear people walking upstairs and water running from floor above. ”

“Yes. The only complaint I had is the HVAC unit was noisy.”

“Out of order, out of order, out of order. Everything was out of order. Ice machines, breakfast bar, office room computer, elevator, heck even the ATM in the lobby. The vending machines had signs up on them warning that hotel management does not give refunds as they dont own them, which is normally true, but the fact every machine had the warning makes me wonder how many time people got ripped off. Normally I try to find something nice to say, to layer in but this hotel needs to stop trying....

“The manager of the hotel was very accommodated to me and my husband housekeeping was very friendly.Room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing we think that needs improvement is the pool area.The jacuzzi was not working appropriate. The pool area does need some very much work on it. The other than breakfast was wonderful.We appreciate the stuff and the manager very much so. We would definitely stay there again.Thank you all for the kind way you treated us”
