“Good breakfast and my room was clean...will be returning”

“This hotel was filthy. I had to take Lysol wipes that I had in my car to wipe down all surfaces including the floors. My room was not cleaned for three of the four nights of our stay, The desk clerk said we had to request it. It was never disclosed to me that this was the process and it was not posted anywhere. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Staff was OK. Parking was OK. ”

“The on duty manager was very polite, kind and focused on excellent customer service. The facilities are exceptionally clean and located in a very nice area. ”

“Under renovation, dust everywhere, walls are a mess, no room numbers, couch inside room unable to sit as the springs were broken. Drink machines out of order. Lady cooking breakfast was confrontational and rude. Told me if I didn’t like it there, I didn’t have to stay there. Not able to eat in the rooms as “ why do you think it’s a mess upstairs? Because people take food ba k to their rooms. Also asked me, well if it’s such a mess upstairs, why do you want to take your food up there? Started my...

“The hotel was in a great location with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was really nice and looked very new. The only negative was that the hallway on our floor had a strange smell in comparison to the great smelling lobby. I would definitely stay here again if I was traveling to this area.”

“I paid for the room a month in advance with situation needing a handicap bathroom/roll in shower. They did not supply me with one, my roommate is an amputee. Very hard for him to use the shower. After going to “4” rooms, They did finally supply a room with a tub with a folded down seat. The rooms were clean, didn’t use any of the amenities. Just disappointed in the bathroom situation.”
