“3 families booked this hotel over a year ago, hotel was cancellable and modifiable until the day prior to check in. I called hotel to update reservation and notify them of our date updates over a month in advance - plenty of time to resell dates for a busy weekend. ‘No problem, just let us know when you arrive at checkin’. I was told this for all 3 reservations because I called on each. Asked for a note on account.

“We were booked for a 3 night stay. On 1 of the 3 nights our room was not cleaned. I went to the front desk to get clean towels and specifically asked that housekeeping clean our room the next day. The next morning, we saw housekeeping outside the room next to ours andI asked the girl if we were to have our room cleaned. She told me that she would be there in 10 minutes.
