One safety risk I didn't like was the parking pass you get has your room number on it and is displayed on your dashboard. Anyone walking by could see that and just walk in the hotel and gonstaright to your room. This definitely needs to be changed.”

“There was nobody at the front desk to check us in. After a long day of traveling, we did not need to wait to get to our room. There was no housekeeping service even though we were staying 3 nights unless a special request was made. The tv did not work, and when we called for assistance nobody answered. There was no coffee at breakfast as well as waffle batter. Disappointing for the price we paid to stay there.”

“Enjoyed the roof top but long wait times. I had to 2 free drink tickets but they weren’t given to me at check in so I never used them. My room had all the set up for coffee including a coffee pot but no coffee or creamer. Otherwise enjoyed our stay.”
