“I booked a room for one night for myself, my husband, and our sons. We chose a room featuring a king-size bed and a pull-out sofa. However, there was absolutely no bedding provided in the room! I had to strip the sheet off our own bed just to make up the sofa for the boys. There were also no extra pillows or blankets, and the towels were barely enough for two people... All in all, it’s a good thing we were only staying for one night! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.”

“They refused to let my daughter check in because she was 18 and not 21. My daughter travels for work and has stayed at numerous hotels including other Best Western hotels, and she has never had an issue like this. Nowhere did it say there was an age limit while booking the room. ”

“The room was clean. The front desk workers were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast didn’t have a wide variety. ”

“I stayed 2 nights in the first night. There was a hip hop party right next to my room and I had to listen to booming base until midnight when I had an important event I was to be at the next morning. When I tried to check out, they told me that the room I stayed in was not under my name, and she could not give me my $100 incidental fee back, until they did some more research. Scheduling loud music parties until midnight and not even having the room I stayed in under my own name, is certainly bad...

“Everything was average, the only complaint was most of the gym equipment didn’t work and the “free breakfast options were horrible,”

“Breakfast was good, but they were out of pancakes and didn’t refill them. It would have been nice if they had a coffee dispenser; I came back late and no coffee was available. ”

“Pool and hot tub was cloudy and dirty. Water standing all over the pool deck when you come in the door 3 to 4 inches of standing water. We booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub but didn’t get in due to the condition of the water. We won’t be staying in Fairfield Inn anymore. 😢”
