“We were not informed of our water being turned off for hours in the middle of the evening on 6/25 as well as during the morning hours of 6/26. Therefore we were unable to take showers both days or flush the toilet in our room”

“The hotel has an amazing and welcoming staff. Our room was great; it was a corner room overlooking the promenade area with a king sized bed and a small kitchenette. It is conveniently located near the Marta train, Perimeter Mall and restaurants. The Marta train can even take you directly to the airport. “Could use 2 elevators instead of one in the whole building”

“Exterior was nice and it was in a nice location. Gloria checked us in and she was so sweet and amazing. Unfortunately the room did have a sour smell and just felt musty like the carpet needed a thorough cleaning or replaced. Door frames and corners could also use a good scrubbing. The bedding was clean and comfortable though so I slept well. The bathroom lighting felt dull and dark but I was able to do all the things I needed to.
