Self Check-In:
Access codes for the remote lock will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your arrival. Remember to complete the guest check-in form after booking and provide your email address and contact phone.

Directions and Check-In Instructions:
For guest privacy, physical addresses are provided upon booking and confirmation.

Digital Guestbook:
Everything you need to know, including directions and check-in instructions, is available in the digital guestbook. The link will be emailed to you after booking and completing your check-in form. We'll also send it via SMS text message prior to your arrival.

Accessing the House:
The property is located on a peak in the Upper Canyon. The main driveway, on the left side, is steep and paved. Entry to the house is through the door to the left of the garage. There is also a gravel driveway on the right-hand side, which provides easier access to the second-level back door where the kitchen is located (this door can only be unlocked from the inside). Guests have full access to the home except for the elevator, garage, and any locked doors designated for owner access only.

Access around Ruidoso and Alto is usually straightforward, with paved roads throughout the neighborhood. Some areas, like Ebarb, can be steep, including the driveways at Heaven's Peak. During winter, it's wise to have 4-wheel drive or snow chains in case of heavy snowfall. Check weather and road conditions before traveling, and consult the Winter Weather section in the digital guestbook provided after booking. For longer stays, travel insurance is a good idea.
HOT TUB RULES: NO GLASS OBJECTS in or around the tub. NO BUBBLE OR OILS, they will make a mess, clog filters and jets and damage components. NEVER LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED.
Please do not use fire table for cooking.
Fireworks, campfires and anything with exposed flames are always BANNED within the Village of Ruidoso. Smoking permitted outdoors only and subject to changes for Fire Restrictions above Level I. Never toss cigarettes on the ground or gravel. A sand bucket is provided on the deck by the grill.
Elevator is not available for guest use.
